Why we built it

One place for the whole of renting

A renter searches on one site, tours through a phone call, applies on a form somewhere else, signs a lease by email and pays rent with a check. The owner on the other side keeps it all together with spreadsheets and reminders.

Holuway joins those pieces. Renters search on a map, book tours, apply and sign online, pay rent and ask for repairs from their phone. Owners and managers list homes for free and run applications, leases, rent and maintenance from one dashboard.
