A managed unit is a home with a current or upcoming lease on Holuway. Vacant listings are always free.
Online rent payments: bank payments cost 0.75% (at least $3, at most $15) per payment; a tenant who pays by card pays a 3.5% card fee. Every fee is shown before anyone pays.

Questions landlords ask
What is free, and what do the plans add?
Listing, applications, tour booking and messages are free, for as many properties as you like. Landlord Pro and Property Manager add online leases, rent collection, the ledger, repairs and resident portals for the homes you manage on Holuway.
Who decides which tenant I accept?
You do. Holuway lays applications out for comparison and never approves or declines anyone for you. Apply the same criteria to every applicant, as fair housing law requires.
How does rent reach me?
Tenants pay through Stripe, and the money goes to your own bank account. Holuway does not hold your rent.
Can I use my own lease?
Yes. Upload the lease you use and tenants sign it online as is; Holuway adds the disclosures the law requires and a certificate of completion. Where Holuway offers a lease for your state, you can use that instead.
I already manage my rentals elsewhere. Can I switch?
Yes. Import your properties, units and current residents from a spreadsheet or another system, and invite residents to pay online.
What do my tenants see?
