- 2Enter your name and email, and a phone number if you like.
- 3Under I am a..., choose the option that fits you, then add a subject and your message.
- 4Select Send Message. You get a reference number; keep it if you write again.

Questions for your landlord
Holuway does not manage homes. For your lease, rent amounts, repairs or an application decision, message your landlord.
Close your account
You cannot close an account from the app yet. To close it or ask us to delete your data, write to support@holuway.com from the email on your account. If you still have an active lease or manage properties, we explain what needs to happen first. Our Privacy Policy describes your choices.
Share an idea
Signed in as a renter, select Provide feedback in the menu. Ideas, problems and kind words all reach the people building Holuway.
