Set up payouts with Stripe
Landlords, hosts and pros are paid through their own Stripe account. Connect it once and Stripe pays out to your bank.
How you get paid
Money paid to you through Holuway, such as rent, booking payments or a customer's card payment, goes to your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays it out to your bank. Setting up takes your business details and a bank account, on Stripe's own secure pages.
Landlords and hosts
- Step 1Open Payouts. Only people who manage billing for the organization, normally owners and admins, can set it up.
- Step 2Check the Email for the Stripe account. Stripe sends a code to it, so use one you can open now.
- Step 3Select Set up payouts with Stripe and finish Stripe's steps. If you stop, select Continue with Stripe later.
- Step 4Back on Holuway, wait for Ready to take payments. Select Check status again to refresh it.
Started with the wrong email and gave Stripe nothing yet? Select Start over with a different email.
Pros
In your Pros workspace, open Payments and find Getting paid by card. The business owner selects Set up payouts with Stripe, finishes Stripe's steps, and can come back with Continue on Stripe. Card payments are optional; you can always be paid directly.
