Get alerts for new homes

Turn on alerts

1. Step 11Open Search, choose a city and set your filters, or draw an area on the map.
2. Step 22Select Save search. If you are not signed in, sign in first; you come back to your search, where you select Save search again.
3. Step 33Check the name, then under Email me new homes choose Daily or Weekly.
4. Step 44Select Save search. You see Search saved.

The search keeps your filters and your drawn area, or the part of the map you were looking at.

What an alert includes

An alert tells you only about homes you have not been told about. Homes that matched when you saved the search count as seen, so alerts bring only what is new after that.

Daily alerts come at most once a day and weekly alerts at most once a week, and only when something new matches. Each email shows up to 10 homes.

Change or stop alerts

Open Saved searches. Each search shows how many homes match now. Use the menu beside the bell to choose Email me daily, Email me weekly or No emails.

See homes opens the search, Rename changes its name and Delete removes it with its alerts. Your saved homes are not affected.

To stop every search alert at once, turn off Saved search alerts in your email preferences.
