Search on a list and a map
Find homes by city, filter them, draw the exact area you want and save a search to get new homes by email.

Search
Open Search and type a city, like Austin, TX. Switch between Grid, List and Map views, and sort by Most available, Price: low to high, Price: high to low or Newest.
On the map, turn on Search as I move the map to update results as you pan, or select Search this area after you move it.
Filters
Select Filters to narrow the results. You can filter by:
- Building, street or ZIP.
- Monthly rent, with a minimum and a maximum.
- Bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Home type: apartment, house, townhouse, condo or mixed use.
- Housing type, such as income restricted, accepts vouchers, senior, student or furnished corporate housing.
- Move-in: available now, or by a date.
- Pets allowed and furnished.
- Amenities in the home, in the building, outdoors, and for parking and access.
Select Show homes to see the results, or Clear all to start over.
Draw an area
- 1On the map, select Draw area.
- 2Trace around the area you want with your finger or mouse. You can also use the arrow keys and Enter.
- 3Holuway shows only homes inside your area. Select Redraw to change it or Remove area to go back.
If the area is too large, zoom in and draw a smaller one.
Save a search and get alerts
- 1Search and set your filters.
- 2Select Save search. If you are not signed in, Holuway asks you to sign in first and brings you back.
- 3Give it a name and, under Email me new homes, choose Daily, Weekly or No emails.
Alerts include only homes that are new since we last emailed you. Find, rename or delete your searches under Saved searches. Deleting a search stops its alerts and does not touch your saved homes.
